Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a direct hire Workday Analyst to join their HR team. The ideal candidate is a strategic Workday expert who is confident in their ability to manage various functions in the system and align modules with business goals.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required for this role
- 5+ years of Workday experience, specifically with configuration experience
- Previous experience working with Talent & Performance module, Advanced Compensation module, or Time & Absence module preferred
- Advanced analytical ability to manipulate data within Workday
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while still providing individual production goals
Day to Day:
- Act as subject matter expert for Workday and provide system and process recommendations for improvement
- Provide expert analysis regarding the configuration, accuracy, and efficiency of Workday
- Own associated projects in various modules
- Provide support across multiple platforms to integrate data
- Pull and prepare reports related to timekeeping, compensation, and talent
- Compile data from reports to complete comprehensive analysis to ensure effectiveness
- Maintain accurate documentation of project administration, follow up, and analyses
