We are working with our client, a Global Banking firm with offices in the City of London, to source a Benefits Manager to look after their UK & Ireland operations. This position is a 12-Month Contract focusing on the management of a variety of key Benefits progammes, as well as supporting and liaising with the external vendors and stakeholders involved in the firm’s processes.
In this role, you will be tasked with managing the Benefits function for a several thousand-strong headcount across the UK & Ireland. There is a particular focus here on supporting governance within the firm, as well as overseeing service delivery – a particular requirement for this business is understanding how to deliver on Flexible Benefits as well as reiterating upon their existing Benefits Policy. As such, there will be a strong focus on understanding both the technical nature of the benefits, as well as an ability to manage relationships across and outside of the business to ensure the smooth running of the overall Benefits operation.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Working across Risk and Governance to ensure current offerings meet regulatory and legal requirements in the UK & Ireland
- Consolidating benefits data, working with the business's HRIS functions as needed
- Supporting in developing communications regarding new changes in the Benefits package to the firm’s workforce
- Staying on top of market trends to understand the current landscape of benefits across firms in the Financial Services
This role will ultimately benefit from a candidate with strong benefits experience, an ability to parse different sources of data, and a keen ability to project manage without supervision. An individual who is good with managing various plans simultaneously, as well as having a keen understanding of managing the data required by third-party vendors, will find these skills particularly advantageous in this position.
In summary, a great opportunity for an individual with Benefits experience looking for that next step up, who will get a chance to support an established brand name to boot. If reading this has excited you then please apply below as soon as possible!
