We are supporting our client, a prestigious name in Investment Management, to source a DEI Specialist to join their team on a year-long project within the business.   Supporting the EMEA Head of DEI, you will be responsible for partnering with various Business Partners across the region to further develop their understanding of best practice, whilst aligning the business’s Strategic offerings in line with their DEI initiatives.


The business is currently developing up their DEI strategy in order to better focus on both their employees, as well as their offerings to clients. Being able to offer an equitable and truly inclusive employee experience at any stage of their involvement within the business is of key interest to the firm – by liaising with various stakeholders and the DEI team, your goal will be to realise this vision for the firm.


Some of your responsibilities will include:


  • Building up strong relationships with various senior colleagues across the DEI team, HR, and Legal, in order to continue improvements and growth in the DEI space
  • Consulting with HR to develop and execute on country-specific DEI plans, liaising with Talent Acquisition to ensure DEI is in alignment with their recruitment strategies
  • Partnering with the Head of Diversity to benchmark, develop, and further evolve the business’s regional DEI strategies in line with the firm’s global plans
  • Managing various programmes on DEI as required, prioritising as needed


The right candidate for this role will have a proven track record in managing various stakeholders in order to deliver a successful region-wide programme for Diversity & Inclusivity, understanding how to address local challenges and how to tackle the unique contexts those challenges may emerge from. They will have experience coming from a majorly matrixed organisation, and will be a fantastic orator. They must be proficient in leading multiple projects simultaneously whilst still operating effectively across them all. PowerPoint and Excel skills are required.
