Billing Analyst – Multiple roles!
Our client, a major telecom company on the South Shore, is seeking several Billing Analysts for roles that could lead to growth opportunities within the organization! In these Billing Analyst roles, job duties will include invoicing and analzying previous billings to clients, while at the same time working with the accounting team to resolve any discrepencies for major clients of the firm.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Invoicing responsibilities including invoice-generation anduploading
- Billing review andauditing
- Internal and external customer service asneeded
- Contract review andtracking
- Additional duties as requested bymanagement
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently as well as in a group
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Access or SQL
