We are helping a BioTech company in Greater Boston that is in need of a long term contractor for the Payroll and Benefits Specialist. This is a stand alone position but will report to the Head of Human Resources and Finance. This is a 100% remote but east coast hours.
Responsibilities: Processing 2 payrolls for 60 FTEs (salaried payroll semi-monthly and hourly payroll bi-weekly) Timecard review and final approval for 10 FTEs. Support the transition to a new 401(k) provider during implementation for recently acquired company. Ad hoc HRIS data entry, management, and reporting.
Qualifications:
–Semi monthly payroll and hourly bi-weekly experience.
-Bio/Pharma Industry Experience is ideal but not required.
-Benefits System Experience.
-401k transition experience is nice to have.
-PEO System Experience nice to have.
