Accounts Payable Specialist – Hybrid onsite Boston, MA
We are working with a biotech company headquartered in Boston, MA that is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on an ongoing basis for at least 6-months. This role will report to the Associate Director of AP and will be required to work onsite in Boston on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
- Manage AP inbox
- Process invoices
- Follow up with vendors on missing PO’s
- Assist with expense reports and approvals
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of AP experience
- Microsoft Dynamics or Oracle Cloud experience is a plus!
