Head of Talent Acquisition
London, Greater London
We are working on an exciting opportunity with a Fintech organisation in London to source their Head of Talent Acquisition, someone able to bring their excellent background in all things TA to a new firm and establish different Talent Acquisition processes for them. This position as the Head of TA will see the successful candidate bringing together processes and procedures for Talent Acquisition, setting their agenda for obtaining hires across the organisation and enabling the business to attract key talent to its doors.
As part of your responsibilities within the organisation, you will:
- Take leadership of the TA Agenda and ensuring the commercial viability of the candidate recruitment pipelines
- Lend your expertise to senior leaders and stakeholders to design strong candidate attraction strategies, liaising with the Comps & Benefits teams to ensure competitive remuneration and packages are on offer
- Develop an effective strategy for maintaining and evolving pipelines of both internal and external candidates to meet the demands for the best talent
- Be responsible for executing the approval and offer processes, aligning international candidates as needed
The right candidate for this role will have a strong, proven track record in Talent Acquisition in the Financial Services or Fintech space. They will be an exceptional people-person, able to present to stakeholders and drive group engagement at any level; in doing so they will demonstrate their proactivity and their passion to drive the firm forward. They will be able to prioritise effectively across tasks in their mission to develop the organisation's Talent Acquisition efforts, maintaining strong relationships with the CEO and other Heads of Departments.
In short, a stunning role: one that could either give someone already near the top of their field in the TA or Recruitment space that chance to shine and develop the Talent processes up, or alternatively it could be the perfect role for an individual who has already had experience owning the entirety of the TA process and looking to make a lateral move into the Fintech space. At any rate, if you have read this far and understood what your mission will be, this might be the role for you! Apply with no delay.
