We are currently assisting a well-known Asset Manager recruit an experienced HR Compliance & Governance Manager for their well thought of HR team. The company in question have a fantastic employee wellbeing programme and have always hold their employees in high regard. This is showcased in the care they have shown their employees in the current climate as well as the exciting projects the HR team are responsible for.


You as the HR Compliance Manager will be responsible for ensuring that the EMEA wide HR operations, processes and policies are maintained in conjunction with local regulations and legislation.


This role will focus on the EMEA region.


Partnering with the wider HR team and Business Managers, whilst partnering with Subject Matter Experts predominantly from Legal, Compliance and Risk you will be consulting on all HR Compliance and Risk issues that would impact HR and the wider employees. 


Day to day Responsibilities:


  • Direct oversight of HR Compliance matters for the EMEA population
  • Partner with internal SMEs gain understanding the impact on HR policies & processes
  • Managing the ever changing legal and regulatory requirements that directly impact the people, and departments across EMEA
  • Leading on HR operational Compliance and Governance projects
