What you will be doing as a Lease Specialist:
Review, redline, and approve site lease amendments against governing agreements and entitlement rights
Maintain document control and track leasing activities- ensure accurate databases
Collaborate with legal and strategy team to expedite routing process and eliminate roadblocks
Review lease files, amendments, and attachments- ensure all docs are present, correct, and ready for attorney sign-off
What you will bring to the table as a Lease Specialist:
2+ years relevant experience required- preferably Site Acquisition, Property Management, and/or Paralegal
Strong understanding of Telecom leasing process, terms, and document review- MLAs and SLAs
Diligent and detail oriented for timely and accurate data management
