Qualifications:
- 8 to 10 years of experience
- E-filing with state and federal courts and ability to navigate the court systems
- Handle eDiscovery, Relativity
- Drafts simple motions, pleadings, notices, and other legal documents and correspondence
- Gather documents, exhibits, charts, and binders for trial and hearing preparations
- Docket incoming court dates
- Perform other tasks as needed for litigation team
