The client is a leading global asset management firm that provides a range of investment strategies and solutions globally. They are looking for a Marketing MI, Analytics & Research Manager (EMEA) to join the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Support, develop and maintain the clients MI, analytics, and research capability within marketing.
  • Ensuring the delivery is in line with the client’s appetite for risk and policies.
  • Understand in a proactive manner the evolving business needs and external approaches to ensure branding is on trend to the usage of marketing data and research.
  • Collaborate with internal teams successfully, and proactively collaborate with marketing team to support broader marketing strategy.
  • Provide insight and ideas on step changes in client experience and commercial results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivery of insightful MI, analytics, and research.
  • Client focused attitude
  • Strong data analytics understand and interpretations skills.
  • Proven experience across quantitative and qualitative research and analysis.
  • Marketing channel understanding.
  • Understand of segmentation, lead generation reporting, and automation.
  • Technical proficiencies with data analysis tools (Excel + VBA, Excel PowerPivot, Google Suite (Analytics, Tag Manager), Adobe Analytics and Salesforce), and working knowledge of Supermetrics / Funnel.io, Tableau / PowerBI, Hotjar, Google Suite (Data Studio, Optimise) is desirable.
  • Project management and change management skills.
