We have a contract need for an OCM Lead to come in and review the strategy, then work and apply the tools and deliverables to be beneficial for growth. In this leadership role, he or she will implement train the trainer, business processes and SOP. Responsibilities: Assess, develop and make recommendations to project teams in relation to change readiness Assess the impact of change on organizations, using assessments of organizational culture, performance, and readiness for change Lead and coach key stakeholders and sponsors in change management strategies and activities Provide subject matter expertise on risks, issues, dependencies, and reception of change by employees Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute change management strategies that drive individual adoption of change Lead the creation of actionable deliverables to facilitate change, including communications plans, training plans, business process/SOP plans, and resistance management plans Identify obstacles to adoption and recommend corrective action Partner with key stakeholders to plan, prepare, and develop key messages and communication materials for macro communications Build strong partnerships with internal & external stakeholders to drive adoption and deliver desired business outcomes Define, measure, and monitor success metrics for the change progress, including monitoring employee change saturation Drive continuous improvement activities that will enhance internal change capabilities Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of change management projects and ensure initiatives are delivered on schedule, on budget, and on scope Qualifications: Strong candidates will have experience assessing stakeholder change impacts and developing and executing change, communications, training strategies and how to manage these across an enterprise program WHY REVEL: In addition to standard health and 401k benefits, we offer referral bonuses and training/continuing education opportunities. 5-year client retention: 99% No. 1 supplier with customers: 53% Top 3 supplier with customers: 77% Consultant retention: 94% We do our jobs in a way that brings delight every day to our clients and the people who work with us.
