PA / Front of House Receptionist – up to  £23k + Benefits

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Receptionist/PA to join a Financial Services Organisation based in Manchester City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company at its growth stage and really grow and develop within the role.

It is your duty to welcome visitors, manage meeting rooms, answer the telephone, run office supplies and provide cover for Sales Support Function. As PA you will also enhance the Managing Director’s effectiveness by providing information, task management and communication.

Other ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities commensurate with the role may be required.

The key skills required for the role are as follows:

 

· Conserve Managing Directors time by reading, monitoring and routing correspondence. 

 

· Answer calls and liaise with clients competently.

 

· Man Reception and greet visitors as required.

 

· Receive parcels/deliveries to company.

 

· Run Visitors Book.

 

· Prepare correspondence and delegate work as instructed by Managing Director.

 

· Manage diary.

 

· Plan and organize meetings.

 

· Take action points and write minutes.

 

· Plan and organize events.

 

· Draft communications.

 

· Prepare presentations.

 

· Type documents.

 

· Source and order stationery and office equipment.

 

· Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

 

· Perform other tasks as and when requested.
