Are you a talented Recruitment Co-ordinator? Have you noticed you aren't appreciated enough in your current role? Then I might have the position for you right here: this role is with a fantastic global asset manager, who are seeking a talented recruitment co-ord such as yourself to join the business as soon as possible.
Some of your responsibilities in this role will include sourcing internal and external talent from a variety of sources – that might already be your job right now. But what this firm promises to provide is a stable and exciting new opportunity to further establish yourself within the Financial Services – you may already come from the Financial Services, or another Professional Services firm.
Within this role, some of your day-to-day will involve (but is not limited to):
- Managing the Recruitment processes for the entire firm
- Supporting hiring managers from rationale of hire through to supporting interview coordination
- Managing the relationships with third-party agencies
- Administering the onboarding of new employees
