Senior Talent Acquisition Manager
A permanent role has opened with one of our clients, a fantastic global Investment Manager who is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join them, bringing their expertise in all things TA in order to iterate and improve upon their recruitment processes. This firm champions its clients as well as its employees, and is seeking an individual who can give that same commitment and passion for collaboration through their work ethic.
This position as the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will see the successful candidate supporting the Talent Acquisition Team by setting their agenda for experienced hires across various divisions of the business, actively iterating upon recruitment processes to ensure hiring requirements to place the firm as a top employer in the minds of all relevant talent. You will be responsible for liaising with senior stakeholders in a variety of locations worldwide to enable sourcing of the finest talent across all regions.
As part of your responsibilities within the organisation, you will:
- Take leadership of the TA Agenda and ensuring the commercial viability of the candidate recruitment pipelines
- Lend your expertise to senior leaders and stakeholders to design strong candidate attraction strategies, liaising with the Comps & Benefits teams to ensure competitive remuneration and packages are on offer
- Develop an effective strategy for maintaining and evolving pipelines of both internal and external candidates to meet the demands for the best talent
- Be responsible for executing the approval and offer processes, aligning international candidates as needed
The right candidate for this role will have a strong, proven track record in Talent Acquisition which will come from any form of Investment Management. They will be an exceptional people-person, able to present to stakeholders and drive group engagement at any level; in doing so they will demonstrate their proactivity and their passion to drive the firm forward. They will be able to prioritise effectively whilst still keeping colleagues in-the-loop, maintaining strong relationships with the senior leadership team as well as relevant business groups as needed. Finally, any knowledge of working within the wider Financial Services as well as the regulations required across the UK and EMEA will come of great use.
