Talent Acquisition Business Partner
Bored of recruiting the same roles with no challenge? You will be tasked with partnering with Marketing and Distribution teams within this fantastic brand.
I am currently working on an exciting Inhouse Recruitment opportunity for a large Asset Management company. The Talent Acquisition team are seen as a genuine extension of the wider HR function and you would be involved in some exciting projects not only around the attraction of top tier talent but also around how as a team you can develop their value add projects (for example, D&I strategy) across all areas of the business.
The role in question will really suit either an RPO/Agency Recruiter with a proven track record in the Financial Services industry or an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who is looking for a challenge in a niche but growing area of Financial Services.
The existing team is not only very strong it has a wealth of knowledge in this field and will suit an individual willing to develop their already existing skills within Financial Services Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.
