Talent Development Lead

We’re supporting our client, a well-renowned global Insurance Manager, to source their next Talent Development Lead to join them in their Dublin City offices. This would serve as a fantastic opportunity for either a Talent or Learning & Development Professional to utilise their skills and experience to take this business’s Talent strategies to the next level.
In this position, you will be responsible for evolving the current Talent strategies for the business by analysing their existing challenges, and determining what transformations to existing strategy should be pursued. Being a confident and determined professional, you will be able to ascertain who are the key decision makers within the business, build relationships with them, and be able to collaborate with themselves and other key players in the business to set out the new Talent guidelines. You will be responsible for things such as:
- Aligning ongoing talent initiatives to the firm’s employee value propositions
- Building a rapport with external partners in order to further grow ongoing talent offerings within the organisation
- Developing solutions to tackle development across the entire employee lifecycle
- Analysing market trends to better inform the firm’s ongoing transformations in the Talent space
The right candidate for this role will be a proven expert in the Learning and Development space, and will bring with them a strong business acumen. They will know how to translate industry and market trends into successful changes within the business, knowing exactly how to map those changes to individuals across the varying strata of the organisation. They will be a proficient orator and with demonstrable experience transforming previous businesses and their internal talent improvement programmes.
