Our client is one of the most well-known Law Firms in the industry: a prestigious name, fantastic offices (with swimming pool and tennis courts!) right in Canary Wharf, and some real opportunities for progression. They are seeking someone ready to step in as their Team Assistant, ready to bring their own skills as well learn This is a position perfect for a graduate with little HR or administrative experience looking to kickstart their career with a fantastically equipped team.
In this role, you will gain the opportunity to support controlling functions such as Recruitment (such as assisting in the onboarding processes), Learning & Development (via for example, supporting on organising learning events) and learning how to multitask with secretarial and office duties in order to better support the team. In doing so you will learn all the necessary skills to support a fantastic Law throughout its continued success, and in turn learning from the fine talent within that business.
- Supporting in managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including managing the probation and new starter processes and supporting with interview organisation
- Providing HR administration on other aspects such as references, sourcing appropriate documents for audits, producing reports for management team members and so on
- Supporting on maintaining the firm’s knowledgebase, updating documents as needed
- Taking on other ad-hoc duties as needed.
