Workplace Investing Sales Support Executive

The client is a privately held, purpose driven investment solutions company who offer investment management, retirement planning, portfolio guidance, brokerage, and many other financial products. They work with a range of different clients, ranging from sovereign wealth funds, large corporations, insurers, central banks down to private individuals. They are looking for a Workplace Investing Sales Support Executive to join their UK Workplace Investing Sales Team. This team is responsible for increasing clients, assets and members in the UK defined contribution and cross boarder business through expansion and distribution of both full service and investment only DC products.



  • Formulation of business proposals, survey responses, etc for potential clients and their consultants.
  • Liaise externally on opportunities for new business with clients and consultants.
  • Use client rebid and retention proposals to support teams such as Relationship Director team.
  • Prepare sales briefings
  • Management of the client pitch process.
  • Support sales efforts by updating industry and consultant databases
  • Formulation and distribution of client win documentation internally.
  • Formulation of ad hoc marketing materials, data analysis and more for new business enquiries
  • Build, maintain and enhance relationships internally and externally.
  • With assistance, maintain the client proprietary databases for sales prospects.



  • Confident with understanding and utilising data.
  • Experience in RFP position is preferred.
  • Degree level
  • Some understanding of investment products and funds.
  • Excellent communicator with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive and a resourceful problem solver.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word and general IT.
  • Ability and willingness to undertake further study, if required.
  • Able to identify the features of the company which make them competitive in the market.
