Our client, a Commercial Real Estate firm in Northbrook, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual interested in bringing their passion for marketing to a small but growing team. This is a direct hire position with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Produce property marketing collateral, documentation and logistics associated with the team’s select real estate sale transactions
- Create press releases, digital/printed flyers, advertising, email, and social media campaigns
- Set up/manage project listings on Company website as well as third-party marketing sites
- Prepare, analyze, and provide insight on client status reports, track marketing budgets
- Communicate with internal staff as well as outside vendors (signage companies, print shops, third party agencies, etc.)
- Manage the website listing inventory management
- Other related job tasks, as requested
Requirements to be considered:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in marketing, communications, graphic design or related field
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
- Two + years’ relevant work experience in a business environment
- Real estate transactional knowledge/ property marketing experience is a plus
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress is a plus
