Job Tasks:
Serve customers in the high technology industry by providing timely and accurate product
information; maintain effective customer relationship
Ensure customer orders are processed and filled per the customers’ requirements.
Coordinate activity with inventory management, warehouse and distribution, production facility,
and accounts receivable.
Resolve product or service performance issues by clarifying the customer’s complaint;
determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the
problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Contribute to team effort through identification and effective implementation of process and
system improvements as well as backup to other Customer Service Representatives.
Prepare product and service performance reports by collecting and analyzing customer data.
Update and maintain customer accounts in ERP system.
