Salary: $160000 – $190000
Head of Transaction Banking with expertise in Trade Finance, Cash Management, Payments, and Online Banking. Ideal candidates will have a background in global banks with cross-border Correspondent Banking services.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership:
- Lead and strategize the Transaction Banking team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive innovation and efficiency in service delivery.
Trade Finance and Cash Management:
- Oversee Trade Finance and Cash Management operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize these services.
Payments and Online Banking:
- Lead initiatives to enhance Payments and Online Banking platforms.
- Stay abreast of industry trends to ensure competitiveness.
Cross-Border Correspondent Banking:
- Leverage experience in global banks to enhance cross-border Correspondent Banking services.
- Foster and maintain relationships with international financial institutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Masters. Professional Body membership; a plus
- Minimum 15 years of banking experience, with at least 7 years in Transaction Banking.
- Proven expertise in Trade Finance, Cash Management, Payments, and Online Banking.
- Experience in international banks with a global footprint, specializing in cross-border Correspondent Banking.
Salary
160k-200k based upon experience plus benefits/bonus
