Atlanta office of a global law firm is seeking a Corporate Paralegal. This is a direct-hire position in a highly regarded firm.
To be considered, Corporate Paralegal should have at least four years of experience assisting attorneys with corporate transactions including lending and financing. Responsibilities will include performing due diligence, preparing closing documents and binders, coordinating closings with all involved parties and assisting during the closings, managing filings, and other related work. Successful candidates will have exceptional organizational skills, the ability to priority and multitask, superior communication skills and attention to detail and be able to manage critical deadlines.
