Premier Health Care facility in Palm Springs, CA is hiring an RN Service Group Supervisor to work in the Gen/GYN/Uro service line!
Looking for a new Leadership role? As the Service Line Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of dedicated nurses and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care!

$10,000 sign-on bonus position!

Schedule: Full time, 8 Hour shifts
Duties and responsibilities:
- Motivates and manages assigned service line nurses, techs, and operating room aides (ORAs).
- Manages the service group's day-to-day and daily clinical operations, including practice standards, overall room activity, staffing, budgets, fiscal management, and quality improvement, in coordination with the Director
Requirements:
- California RN license; American Heart Association BLS
- Preferred: CNOR, ACLS, PALS
- Minimum 5 years experience as an operating room clinical practitioner
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
- Minimum 5 years experience in scrubbing and circulating.
