Locum Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant

Palm Health Resources is hiring an experienced Cardiothoracic Physician Assistant in Beautiful Santa Monica, CA for an ongoing Contract Locums position!

Paid Mal Practice, Lodging, Rental Car or Mileage Covered, Flights and MUCH MORE! Prefer a candidate that is full time, but open to flexible scheduling if provider is only available 3-4 days a week.

The candidate must be able to work in a full continuum of care cardiothoracic advanced practice provider role and have a minimum of 2 years of recent Endoscopic Vein Harvesting experience. Call is 1:2 (every other night and every other weekend.) For call the provider is only contacted on their cell phones. They are only called back in 1-2 times/month.

The position is a Monday – Friday Schedule with primarily 80% OR/Inpatient responsibilities with some clinic time. Must be able to do Endoscopic vein harvest (independent), assist with all other open heart procedures (CABG, valve repair/replacement, aneurysm repairs, ECMO, etc.).
