We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our growing team! If you are interested in joining a dynamic group, we are looking for outgoing, driven hospitality professionals!
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience demonstrating leadership
- Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years
- Independent learners eager to work their way up within the company
- Hospitality business degree appreciated but not required
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities and Traits:
- Hands-on management style, willing to work the line daily
- Strong attention to detail – curious and constantly in pursuit of improvement
- Comfortable with coaching, driving excellence, and confronting incompetence
- Able to build relationships quickly and build solid teams
- Enthusiastic, positive, and passionate about hospitality
