Upscale Sous Chef Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of talented culinary professionals.
- Contribute to menu planning, execution, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to optimize kitchen operations.
- Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff.
- Foster a culture of creativity, teamwork, and excellence.
Upscale Sous Chef Requirements:
- Proven culinary expertise in upscale casual dining.
- Leadership experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
