We are looking for passionate, personable, and environmentally conscious Jewelry Consultants to join our sustainable jewelry company in King of Prussia! In this role, you will work as a Fine Jewelry Consultant inside our luxurious showrooms. You will guide the customer through the life cycle of the sales process and create personalized experiences for each guest.

Luxury Jewelry Consultant Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience of sales experience in a luxury retail environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills required
  • Experience with an ERP or CRM system is a huge plus
  • Passion for socially and environmentally friendly products
  • A firm believer in teamwork and collaboration
  • Clear and concise communication style
  • Strong attention to detail skillset, and process-oriented

Luxury Jewelry Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer.
  • Manage a high volume of incoming sales leads, while achieving goals and revenue targets. 
  • Ensure a luxurious customer experience by responding efficiently to online customer inquiries and providing sales assistance via live chats, and phone calls.
  • Utilize sales strategies and problem-solving techniques
  • Guide customers to purchase via in-person and virtual appointments,
  • Demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our unique concept
