We are looking for some amazing leaders to help improve our team and drive our restaurants forward. We need our GMs to have full P&L responsibility, as well as marketing skills, and the ability to manage the kitchen. Good tenure in previous positions is also necessary as we are looking for long-term loyalty. General Manager Requirements:
- At least 2 years of GM Experience- Preferably with a high volume fast casual w/Drive-thru
- P&L exposure, responsibility, and understanding of all financials
- Overseeing all aspects of the restaurant
- The ability to build and lead a strong team
- The passion and drive it takes to succeed
