Hotel General Manager Job Description:

The General Manager will oversee all aspects of property management in accordance with the company's mission statement, including maximization of financial performance, guest satisfaction, and staff development within established quality standards.

Hotel General Manager Job Requirements:

  • Previous Hilton experience is required
  • Must have a minimum of five years of experience in hotel operations
  • Be a self-starter with proven supervisory experience in the hotel industry
  • Have the flexibility to work a variety of schedules and hours as business dictates
  • Possess a hospitable, energetic demeanor and excellent customer service skills
  • Have knowledge of hotel financials to drive revenue and capture market share
  • Be able to develop team members to their fullest potential
  • Multi-task and problem-solve with a positive attitude
