We are seeking a Roadway Design Sr. PM to join a transportation and structural engineering firm. This individual will take on a leadership role and actively engagement with clients.
Roadway Design Sr. PM Benefits:

Roadway Design Sr. PM Qualifications:
- Must have Professional Engineer license
- Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
- Experience with state DOT standards
- 10+ years experience in road and project management
- Experience with AASHTO design standards
- Software tools, including AutoCAD/Civil 3D, MicroStation, GeoPak, InRoad, GuideSIGN or AutoTURN
Roadway Design Sr. PM Responsibilities:
- Civil design including road design (interstates, highways, intersections, interchange layouts) hydraulic design
- Ensure project costs, schedule, and performance targets are met
- Engaging in business development efforts to support the development of the project pipeline
- Mentor and coach more junior engineers and project managers to develop staff
