Executive Chef Responsibility:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, ensuring the highest quality and consistency.
- Manage food costs, inventory, and ordering to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and local producers to source the freshest, highest-quality ingredients.
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Develop and mentor kitchen staff, promoting their growth and culinary skills.
- Create daily specials and seasonal menus that captivate our guests.
- Strive for excellence in plating and presentation, elevating the overall dining experience.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability in the kitchen.
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- Culinary degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
- 2-3 years experience as an Executive Chef.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Creativity and passion for culinary excellence.
- Ability to adapt to changing culinary trends and guest preferences.
- Proficiency in menu development, food costing, and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of local and sustainable sourcing practices.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and clean kitchen environment.
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is preferred.
