District Manager Compensation & Benefits:
- $100,000 Overall Base + Bonus potential
- Company Car and Cell Phone

District Manager Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate Leadership and Mentor Leaders
- Knows, enforces, and educates HR policies, labor laws, and, security and safety procedures.
- Role models and teach all restaurant management systems.
- Optimize quality, service, and cleanliness levels
- Consults and creates a positive work environment
District Manager Qualifications:
- Previous Multi-Unit Management experience
- Ability to work various shifts and drive to restaurant locations
- Proven ability to develop and train restaurant leaders
- Ability to read, understand, and drive P&L Results
