Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in a Restaurant Manager role in a QSR or fast casual concept
- Multi-task while maintaining the required standards of daily restaurant operation
- Experience in fast-paced environments
- Strong Leadership Skills
- Hands-on, lead-from-the-shoulder management style
Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Meet all customer needs
- Ensure the store is consistently well-supplied and orderly
- Grasp both fundamental and advanced register procedures
- Craft simple menu items proficiently
- Oversee the training, orientation, and growth of the entire store team
