Searching for a Warranty Practice (Commercial Litigation, Warranty Defense, Product Defense) Associate Attorney who is looking for unparalleled training and the autonomy to oversee your cases. Associate Attorney Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Conduct thorough legal research and skillfully draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Take ownership of cases from inception to resolution, including managing depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Collaborate seamlessly with partners and clients to develop and execute effective case strategies.
- Provide timely and strategic legal advice to clients.
- Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
- JD from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar
- 3+ years of litigation experience, preferably commercial litigation, product defense or warranty defense
- Strong understanding of contract law
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Associate Attorney Benefits:
- Salary $115-150K DOE
- 18 days PTO / Health, Dental, Vision
- Firm pays for bar dues and CLE expenses
