We are looking for a polished and highly skilled Front of House Operational Leader to join our team. This will be tons of fun. We are looking to get you started immediately.
Operational Leader Responsibilities:
- Responsible for leading A+ shifts.
- Facilitate an unparalleled guest experience through personal interaction, effective delegation, and follow.
- Uphold the brand standards and role models in all instances.
Operational Leader Qualifications:
- At ease with high guest traffic counts – previous experience working in an establishment that did $5 million-plus in annualized sales.
- A minimum 3 years in high-volume restaurant management
- Possesses exceptional beverage knowledge to identify sales opportunities and coach and develop the team around you.
- Fluent in providing guidance and oversight to 50+ immediate direct reports.
