Senior Project Manager summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil to join their growing team. Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil manages the overall project direction, completion and financial outcome for assigned projects. Capable of independently running construction projects with contract values up to $80M.
Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil benefits
- Base salary of $110 – 180k plus bonus

Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil responsibilities
- Demonstrate advanced project management skills, overseeing multiple projects' budget, timeline, and quality control.
- Lead project meetings, review progress, and ensure site safety standards.
- Assist with project estimates, conduct constructability reviews, and manage permits.
- Prepare subcontract agreements, oversee procurement, and ensure accurate cost reporting.
- Manage project budget, trade payments, and ongoing reporting.
- Develop and update the master CPM schedule.
- Fulfill duties as assigned Project Engineer/Temporary/Summer Staff.
Senior Project Manager – Heavy Civil requirements
- BS in Civil Engineering or Construction Management required.
- 8+ years in Heavy Civil construction
- Experience with projects $80M+, Lump Sum and unit price contracts.
- Extensive knowledge of construction technology, codes, and regulations, including SWPPP.
- Proficient in Spectrum, Microsoft Office Suite
