Are you an experienced bilingual immigration partner looking to take the next step in your career?
This position offers the opportunity to work closely with other partners and senior associates on a variety of immigration matters.
Immigration Partner Requirements:
- 8+ years of immigration experience in a law firm setting.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Exceptional drafting and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within deadlines.
- Member of the Florida Bar or in the process of becoming one.
- A portable book of business is required.
Immigration Partner Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage immigration matters within the tax practice group.
- Collaborate with partners and senior associates on employment-based and family-based immigration cases.
- Represent clients before USCIS, consular, and other government authorities.
- Process various visas, including E-2 Treaty visas, O-2 visas, and L-1 intracompany transferee visas.
- Provide exceptional legal services while adhering to deadlines and client expectations.
