Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently managing multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery from start to finish.
- Engaging in business development and client relations, including proposal drafting.
- Coordinating and overseeing various survey projects, with regular client interactions.
- Providing leadership and direction to survey teams, ensuring quality control.
- Employing expertise in survey field measurement strategies.
Qualifications:
- Must hold professional licensure in the state of Minnesota.
- A degree in Survey Technology or a related field (Associate or Bachelor’s level).
- At least 3 years of progressive experience in surveying, both in the field and office.
- Proficient in coaching and directing survey staff and crews.
- Knowledgeable in Public Land Survey System principles, section subdivision, platting, and easement deliverables.
