Restaurant Service Manager Responsibilities:

  • Ensure every guest receives only the absolute best food and service in a polished and sparkling clean atmosphere
  • Keep a consistent focus on training and growth and a relentless passion for quality
  • Lead daily shift meetings to ensure the whole team understands the vision and direction for the day
  • Be passionate to deliver beyond what is expected

Restaurant Service Manager Qualifications:

  • Have the ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment — always on the go
  • 2-3 years experience in a leadership/supervisory role in Full-Service Dining
  • A passion for loving the guest and is hospitality-focused
  • Preference of no more than 2 jobs in 5 years
  • An understanding of the business of food service — the ability to speak clearly about your P&L
  • A dedication to Ownership, Accountability, and Commitment
