A local resort group is searching for an accomplished Brand and Marketing professional in the boutique hotel industry. Do you enjoy building cohesive brand messaging and creating social media campaigns? If so, we would love to talk to you.
Director of Marketing Rewards
- Starting salary of $90,000 to $110,000 depending on experience
- Annual bonus potential

Director of Marketing Requirements
- Three or more years of high-level marketing experience, with a majority of that within the boutique hotel world. We are open to lifestyle brand experiences as well
- The ability to create impactful marketing initiatives via various media platforms
- The ability to conceptualize, plan, and implement marketing campaigns and events that attract new markets as well as speak to an existing demographic
- Experience developing annual marketing plans, establishing objectives and benchmarks, and creating and meeting budgets
- Monitor and maintain a solid online presence, engage relevant social influencers to build brand awareness
