We are searching for a Food and Beverage Director to join our Executive Team! We have an AMAZING and BEAUTIFUL resort that is very popular in the Naples area! The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience in the luxury Food and Beverage world and will bring a unique and invaluable perspective to our Executive team!

Director of Food and Beverage Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as Food and Beverage director for a $25M+ food and beverage program
  • 1+ year management of a fine dining, high volume outlet or stand-alone restaurant
  • 1+ year management of a high-end banquet program $10M+
  • Experience and expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
  • High level of knowledge of Wine, Beer, and Spirits
  • Progressive, servant-leader style of leadership with employee empowerment
  • Out-of-the-box thinker with strong understanding of industry trends and direction

Director of Food and Beverage Responsibilities:

  • Own the food and beverage program!
  • Build the food and beverage team in coordination with the Executive Chef
  • Contribute vision, ideas, and direction to the Executive Committee
  • Budget and forecast for the food and beverage program
  • Work with the sales department on banquet and catering events, capture rate, and offerings
  • Ensure flawless and efficient service in every food and beverage outlet

Director of Food and Beverage Benefits:
