We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Grocery Manager to oversee the daily operations of our natural foods grocery store's grocery department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for natural and organic products, exceptional organizational skills, and a strong commitment to customer service. As the Grocery Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, leading a team of grocery associates, and ensuring that our store maintains high standards of quality, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Grocery Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive Base Salary of $65,000 to $70,000 with Annual Increase

Grocery Manager Compensation and Benefits:
- Oversee daily operations of the grocery department, ensuring efficient stocking, organization, and cleanliness.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking natural and organic products.
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to optimize sales and promote product awareness.
- Train, supervise, and schedule grocery department staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer preferences, and market competition to adjust product offerings and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
- Collaborate with vendors and distributors to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product selection.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product recommendations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the store by participating in meetings, budget planning, and strategic initiatives.
Store Manager Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grocery retail management, preferably in a natural foods or organic grocery store.
- Strong knowledge of natural and organic products, including sourcing, handling, and merchandising.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
