Sous Chef Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- 3-4 years of experience in full service restaurant operations
- Experience overseeing $7+MM in yearly F&B revenue
- Excellent communication skills, coaching abilities and care about your team
- Incredible attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive energy and passion for food
- You will be selecting and training culinary employees
