Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Hands-on management style, willing to work the line daily
- Participate in sanitation and restaurant maintenance
- Comfortable with coaching and driving excellence
- Inventory/Ordering
- Upholding our quality, standards, and fun culture
Kitchen Manager Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership
- Strong tenure with no more than 2 companies in the last 5 years
- Upbeat, dynamic personality
- Experience working in a scratch kitchen
