**HOTEL TASK FORCE ROLE IN WATFORD, NORTH DAKOTA**

We are in search of a Hotel Assistant General Manager for a temporary Task Force assignment who can lead our team through the spring and early summer.

Hotel Assistant General Manager Benefits:

  • Per diem of $50/day for meals outside of the hotel, all hotel meals comped.
  • Travel expenses covered, including monthly expenses to travel home.
  • Lodging provided, on-property.

Hotel Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist the general manager in overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk management, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage services, ensuring adherence to established standards of excellence.
  • Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively, striving to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with department heads to address guest feedback and implement improvements where necessary.
  • Support the general manager in recruiting, training, and supervising staff members across various departments, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and professional growth.
  • Assist in budget planning and monitoring to optimize financial performance, including revenue management, cost control, and forecasting. Collaborate with department heads to identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the general manager on various special projects, initiatives, and strategic planning efforts aimed at improving operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and overall hotel performance.
