Hotel General Manager Job Requirements:
- Strong career progression in Hotels
- The ability to develop their team with constant training and accountability
- A high-energy leader that cultivates a positive culture throughout their team
- Must present a strong financial acumen
- Previous Hilton/OnQ experience is a plus but not necessary
- Must wear multiple hats with the ability to adjust quickly
