Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a leader in the kitchen
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Previous experience directing and leading a team
- Some experience with ordering, inventory, and controlling costs in the kitchen
Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Train, coach, and direct the kitchen team to be the best
- Build respectful relationships with every member of the team while holding them accountable and thoroughly training and supporting them
- Assist the KM and EC when necessary
- Manage high standards of service each shift
