We are recruiting a Supply Chain Development Lead for a growing company in the machine and equipment manufacturing sector. This role supports and drives future strategic initiatives, reports to the President, and is considered a leadership position. APPLY TODAY!

Supply Chain Development Lead Responsibilities:
- Optimize supply chain processes via strategic development that drives the achievement of quality, cost, and delivery KPIs
- Robust ability to recommend buy vs make strategies
- Comfortably able to work in harmony with all functional business groups and key vendors
- Drive improved cost reduction benchmarking activities and identification of potential new vendors
- Streamline company/supplier interface, as well as enhance supplier performance metrics
Supply Chain Development Lead Requirements:
- BA or equivalent experience will be considered
- Must have either an engineering or manufacturing background, including controls and hydraulic components
- Epicor ERP experience preferred
- Proven track record of successful supply chain cost reduction
- Solid supplier relationships and a high-level understanding of Lean manufacturing
