Construction Manager Municipality Benefits:

Construction Manager Municipality Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- Associate’s degree in construction management or similar field preferred
- Valid State of Illinois Driver’s License required
- Thorough knowledge of civil engineering principles and IDOT specifications
- Ability to communicate effectively and maintain cooperative working relationships
- Review project plans, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with engineering standards
- Assist in bid preparations, coordinate meetings, and maintain project documentation
- Review permit applications and manage public inquiries with professionalism
- Conduct topographic surveys and prepare and distribute project notices
